I love this recipe… some of my friends are from Mexico so I got used to this spicy and yummy Mexican salsa.
Serving: about 2 cups
- 2 seeded and diced red tomatoes ( I used Beefsteak tomatoes)
- 1 diced medium onion
- 1 diced and seeded jalapeño pepper
- juice of one green lime
- 3 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions: In a bowl combine all ingredients and enjoy with corn chips.
