I love this recipe… some of my friends are from Mexico so I got used to this spicy and yummy Mexican salsa.

pico de gallo


Serving: about 2 cups

  • 2 seeded and diced red tomatoes ( I used Beefsteak tomatoes)
  • 1 diced medium onion
  • 1 diced and seeded jalapeño pepper
  • juice of one green lime
  • 3 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions: In a bowl combine all ingredients and enjoy with corn chips.
